Daughter of Skunky and my paternal Grandfather,John Lewis Capps' dog Ring, Bounce was brown and white in color. I had hoped for her to be born on July 4, 1976 because of our country's centennial, but she came 3 days later.
Bounce was more my brother's dog and he only spoke to her in German. She was a bright dog, but to my father she was dumb. He didn't know that she didn't understand him, since he was speaking English.

My brother buried her on the side of the hill where they would go for walks.
