*her father's name is incorrectly listed as Nathan, and also as Alfred in another obit. It is actually John Jacob Secor

She was the daughter of John Jacob Astor Secor & Rhoda Cornell, sister of Nettie, John, Oscar & Daniel Secor.

Carrie was the wife of Charles H. Kinney. Mother of Clayton, Clarence, John, George, Herbert, Albert, Alfred & Mabel. After Charles' death she married Albert Austin, of Williamstown.

She died at the home of her son, Clayton, in Westdale.

Aged 88 years.

Carrie believed everyone went to Heaven, since life here was Hell. She did a lot of sewing, but not Sundays, always saying "Every stitch you do on Sunday you rip out with your nose in Heaven!"
