She was born Sept. 5, 1908 in Marysville to the late Charles and Mary Elizabeth (Hammaker) Johnston.
She was a member of New Buffalo United Methodist Church.
She was the widow of Francis E. Bostdorf.
Surviving are a daughter, Gayle E. Fenton of Manning, S.C.; three sons, Vance and Richard, both of New Buffalo, and Walter of Mechanicsburg; two half-sisters, Alice Johnston Potter and Joyce Johnston Meyer, both of Duncannon; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Florence M. Bostdorf, and a foster son, James Moyer.
Services were held June 24 in Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon, with the Rev. Donald Firestone officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Duncannon.
