Helen Cain, 87, of Lincoln, with peace and dignity, and with her family by her side, joined her husband Jerome on August 30, 2011, what would have been their 64th wedding anniversary. Her experience as an RN led her to meet and marry Jerome Cain, M.D. in 1947. She was part owner of Raggedy Ann Antiques, and enjoyed quilting, gardening, garage sales, bird watching, butterflies and was an avid reader. She was a fabulous cook and invented the Helen Sandwich.
