Josie V. Harper, 70, of Gandeeville, died May 10, 1996, at home after a short illness. She was a homemaker and caregiver.
Surviving: husband, Orville Harper; daughters, Brenda Harper of Spencer, Marie Harvey of Elkview, Linda Harper of Parkersburg; son, Delmer of Gandeeville; sisters, Myrtle Danberry, Ruth Myers, Opal Johnson, and Emmadean Larch, all of Charleston; brothers, Fred Larch and Webb Larch, both of Walton, Perry Larch of Charleston; two grandchildren.
Service will be 2pm Monday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Roger Flesher officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 9pm today at the funeral home.
