Jennie and Oscar had three children: Grace M Palmer Cook (1885 - 1972), Blanche Palmer Collins (1887 - 1968), Harry Clarke Palmer Sr. (1900 - 1981). Oscar served as the County Treasurer for Monroe County Iowa for at least two terms (Info found in 1910 & 1916 Albia Phone Directory). He and Jennie lived on S.
