GROVER-John F Goforth, 83, of Grover died at home Saturday of a heart attack. Funeral 3:30 pm today Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Survivors: his wife; four sons, Preston and Blease Goforth of Grover, Wilbur Goforth of Hickory and Elmer Goforth of Gastonia; seven daughters, Mrs. T. E. Wallace of Dallas, Mrs. Ray Blackburn of Lincolnton, Mrs. Hugh Craft of Gastonia, Mrs. Will McSwain of Clover, S. C., Mrs. W. S. Greenleaf Jr. of Morristown, N. J. and Mrs. Margaret Coyle and Mrs Laurence Dickson of Grover; four brothers, Joe Goforth of Ervin, Tenn., Frank Goforth of Grover, Clyde Goforth of Mooresboro and Theodore Goforth of Clover and two sisters, Mrs. John Huffstetler of Miami, Fla. and Mrs. James Sistare of Clover.
