John was born in Philadelphia, and graduated from Lincoln University and Osteopathic Hospital in Philadelphia.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alieta; his children, John, Albert, and Mark; his stepchildren, Pierre, Doree, Carvin, and Bernadette; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, at Christ Episcopal Church, 4th and Main Streets, Riverton, followed by his funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, please make remembrances in his name to Christ Episcopal Church.
