Mrs. Deardorff, who lived in seclusion in her home at 35 South Potomac street, was found in an unconscious condition in the yard of her home Wednesday night by firemen who heard her moans. She was taken to her home and later removed to the hospital. It is believed that she was stricken while walking through the yard.

She was the daughter of Victor and Annie (Ledy) Bell and was born in Waynesboro.

She was a member of Trinity Reformed Church.

Surviving are a number of cousins.
