Carolyn Sue Wilkinson

A chapel service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, at Rest-Haven Memorial Park for Carolyn Sue Thompson Wilkinson, who died March 19 of heart failure. She was 65.

She was born Aug. 17, 1944, in Texarkana, Ark., to Nick and Bernice Dorman Thompson. She married Fred Wilkinson on Sept. 5, 1975, in Redding, Calif.

She received a masters degree in education from the University of Oregon and was a teacher at Washington Elementary School in Eugene.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Gina Wallace of Eugene and Becky Willits of Dallas, Ore.; two sons, Jamie Wilkinson and Mark Wilkinson, both of Eugene; a sister, Debbie Bridegum of Salem; and 10 grandchildren.
