Survived by two sons, one daughter, six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters.
Visitation: was held February 24, 2005 at 5 p.m. and service was held February 25, 2005 at 1p.m. at C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Frank Miller.
Interment was at Leadwood Cemetery.
