She also appeared in such films as "Show Business," and "Atlantic City," both in 1944, "In Old Sacramento," and "Earl Carroll Sketchbook," both in 1946. Constance retired from films in 1947 and was rarely seen after that. She made one appearance as a guest panelist on “What’s My Line?” on April 29, 1951. Her last major role came in the short-lived TV series "Window on Main Street," opposite Robert Young. She was last seen in the 1977 remake of "Buck Rogers."
