Frank Sinclair Crossley was born August 20, 1895, in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, son of Clifford Matheys and Adelaide H. Wallazz Crossley. On June 2, 1923, in Baltimore, Maryland, he married Anna Maude Freeze, daughter of William Jacob and Nellie Johanna Diehl Freeze. They were the parents of one son: David Clifford Crossley. Frank passed away August 2, 1961, in Philadelphia, and was buried on the 7th in Philadelphia National Cemetery there.
