He was born Nov. 21, 1919, in Moundsville, W.Va., and had lived here for a year with prior residence in Sebastian, Fla.
Mr. Arn served in the United States Army.
He was a chef.
Mr. Arn is survived by two nephews, Robert M. Arn of Cheyenne and Kurt M. Arn of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and two nieces, Nancy L. Arn-Worrell of El Dorado, Ark., and Susan Smith of Powhatan, Va.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Arn on April 8, 2007; his parents Walter and Ada Arn and a brother Robert M. Arn.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
