Bill retired from the Oklahoma Highway Department as a Survey Engineer in 1978. He lived most of his life in Lebanon and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He is survived by his wife, son, daughter, 4 sisters, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
