Mrs. Anna Mary Norton Hess, 85, of Fort Steele, long-time resident of this county, died shortly after 6 o'clock yesterday evening at Memorial hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the H. Rasmusson Funeral Parlors, and interment will be in the Rawlins cemetery. The Rev. J.N. Carnine of Laramie and the Rev. H.K. Fulton of Rawlins will officiate.
Mrs. Hess had lived in Carbon county for 60 years. She was born in New York City on August 21, 1856. Her husband preceded her in death in October 1940. She is survived by one son, Eastman Hess of Fort Steele.
