Mrs. Henry C. Fleagle
Mrs. Lillie Ann Fleagle, wife of Henry C. Fleagle, died at the home of her son, George W. Fleagle, Thurmont, Monday morning a 11 o'clock after a long illness, aged 79 years, 11 months. She had been in ill health for some time, but was bedfast for three weeks of paralysis immediately preceding her death. She was a daughter of the late Henry C. and Elizabeth M. Creager, and is survived by her husband, the last surviving G.A.R. veteran in the county, and the following children: G.P. Fleagle, Thurmont; Mrs. Wilbur Freeze, Hagerstown; George W. Fleagle, Thurmont; Charles D. Fleagle, Baltimore; Paul F. Fleagle, Hagerstown; two brothers, William F. Creager, Frederick, and Thaddeus Creager, Thurmont. Eleven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren also survive. The deceased was a devout member of the Thurmont United Brethren church. Funeral Thursday from the home of her son, at 3 o'clock. Interment U.B. cemetery*. M.L. Creager, funeral director.
