GOMOLUH, Robert L. - Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home for Robert Louis Gomoluh, 56, a Placerville resident who died Sept. 7 in a Sacramento hospital. The Rev. Sandra Peirce and Father Mark Mosher officiated. Mr. Gomoluh Had lived in California for 14 years and in El Dorado County for 12 years. He was a native of Missouri. He retired from the U.S. Air Force at the rank of sergeant in 1973 after 22 years' service. He was a member of the Juvenile Service Council of El Dorado County and was active in the county's Foster Parent organization for 12 years. Surviving are his wife, Angela Gomoluh of Placerville, and his mother Emily Gomoluh of Missouri; sons Robert Gomoluh, Jr. of Nevada, Carl Gomoluh of Michigan, Michael Gomoluh of Nevada, Robbie Gomoluh of Sacramento and Neil and Steven Gomoluh both of Placerville; daughter Selina Norris of Sacramento; and sisters Marcella Schultz and Alberta McKinnon, both of Missouri. He also leaves four grandchildren. Interment was at Placerville Union Cemetery.
