Minnie Lane ten Eyck, dau. of Theodore and Martha ten Eyck, b. Apr. 29, 1850 at Green Bay, Wisconsin (Wisconsin Hist. Soc. vital records and gravestone). The reader will note that the classic Dutch form of Minnie's surname "ten" Eyck, versus the census form of "Ten" Eyck, is used here. The ten Eyck surname can be found in early Dutch New Amsterdam, now New York City, as well as all along the Hudson River Valley at Albany, Schenectady and their surrounds before 1664.

She m. circa 1887 as her only husband and his second wife, then Col. William Wallace Robinson, Jr. They had no children. They are found as husband and wife in the 1900 census residing at Seattle, WA and in 1910 residing at Chicago, IL. She d. Mar. 22, 1923, Æ 73, probably at Washington, DC, and is interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at Arlington, VA.
