Arthur was preceded in death by his beloved stepfather, Bernard Kelly, and parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Blackmon.
He is survived by his wife, Linda King; children, Terry (David) Moon, Shane (Celes) Wilder, Leighton Corliss, and Shawn King; mother Marion Carol King; father, Fred King; siblings, Mike (Carol) Kelly, Kim (Lloyd) Scott, Lynn Kelly, Kathleen King, Lance (Suzie) Kelly, and Randal Kelly: grandchildren, Samantha Dano, Lexi Wilder, and Devin Wilder, and extended family.
