Frank was born in California, both his parents were born in France.
1930 census shows Frank working as a bookkeeper for Shell Oil Co.
Frank owned and operated a restaurant and bar, "The Norman House" in Willows,Glenn Co CA. It was located on the corner of Norman road and highway 99W. He was a great cook and could cook a mean steak. It was a favorite stop for the Duck hunters that came up from the Bay area. It was also a favorite of the locals. The Norman House was torn down when they opened I-5. The state bought him out(we never knew why).
Frank also loved to fish and go camping, especially in the Pit River area and also enjoyed many trips to the Mendocino coast, and especialy Bodega Bay.
...Frank was Mildred Michaud's husband...and my step-father...
