Jacqulyn Marie Dillon, 54, died January 11, 2012 in her home. Born in Norfolk, she was predeceased by her father, Jack M. Heptinstall. Jackie was active in MOPS (Mothers of Pre Schoolers) and was a dedicated worker in the childcare programs at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Church of the Resurrection. Mrs. Dillon was a member of Church of the Resurrection. Jacqulyn will always be remembered for her loving heart and kind smile. Survivors included her husband, David Dillon; a daughter, Janelle Marie Dillon; a son, Ryan Patrick Dillon; mother, June Sproles Heptinstall of Portsmouth; a brother, David W.
