She was a loving, caring and vibrant young woman who touched many lives. Her smile was contagious and after meeting her, you could not leave without smiling.
She was enrolled at Lone Star Community College and intended to pursue a career in Criminal Justice. Chelsey will be remembered as a true and loyal friend.
Survivors include father James Garcelon, brother Chandler Laird, grandfather Reuben Laird, grandparents Maurice and Maureen Garcelon, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her mother, Leasha Garcelon, grandmother Louise Laird and aunt Kathy Garcelon.
The family will receive visitors Thursday, August 21, 2008, from 6 to 9 p.m., and funeral services will be held Friday, August 22, 2008, at 2 p.m., both at Klein Funeral Home-Tomball.
Interment will follow at Oklahoma Community Cemetery.
