Married February 15, 1896 in Pennsylvania.
He was a baker of trades, and attended baker's school and was also a farmer later on in life.
He was close to five foot six inches in height and weighted about 150 pounds.
Have been told as a young man, he entered into the seminary, but did leave only after a few years. He worked his way to China, and taught himself the Chinese language and also the English language by making himself a hand-made dictionary and cross referencing the words using Latin as his guide.
He entered the U.S. through the Port of Philadelphia which was on October the 14th, of 1887. He also received his American Citizenship on September 29, of 1902.
Played a musical instrument which happened to be the violin, and also would sing hymns in Latin.
He opened his own Bakery in Brookville, Pennsylvania, and in the year of 1905 then moved to Clarion, Pennsylvania and opened yet another Bakery shop. Later he also moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia where he did his farming.
