Dozier Edward Murray, Jr. of Charlotte passed into new life with Christ on Saturday, April 5, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Martha Everett Murray; his children, Anne and David Lisk, Priscilla and Richard Mills, and D. Everett Murray; his grandchildren David and Dawn Lisk, Steven and Tiara Lisk, Marti and Billy Little, Bradley and Bekah Lisk, Maryanne Mills, Deanna Murray and Cameron Murray; and one great-grandchild, David Wayne Lisk III (Tripp). Mr. Murray was a Teacher in Charlotte, NC and 42 year Air Force retiree, 30 year retiree of CMS, a lifetime member of the Scottish Rites and Ancient Order of the Shrine as well as many other professional organizations. A memorial service was held at St. Andrews UMC on Wednesday, April 9th, at 7:00 p.m.
