Farmer. Lived near Flemington early in life, but was in Lambertville by the 1880 census.

Son of Able Everett and Sarah Yauger. Twin of Peter T. Everett of Flemington. Husband of Rachel Paxson. Father of George, Cornelia, Mary Ann, and Elizabeth.

In some records he is referred to as Shultz Everett. A grandson, son of daughter Elizabeth Price and named for him, was variously called J. Everett Price, Everett Price, and Shults Price.

Daughters Cornelia and Mary Ann are buried near by. Daughter Elizabeth Price (1859-1918) lived in Camden, NJ and is buried there. Son George seems to have vanished from the record after 1880. There are two George Everetts buried here, and one at nearby Rosemont Cemetery--none seem to be son George. Perhaps he left the area as a young man. Perhaps he died young. An obit for Jacob Everett said he was survived by daughters.

I believe this grave is unmarked.
