Mass of Christian Burial was April 13, 2004 at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mr. Boeding was born May 31, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska to Kenneth J. & Rosella M. (Weir) Boeding. He graduated from Aurora High School, Aurora, Nebraska and received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He was a controller with a recycling center in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended St. Michael's Catholic Church and was a past 1st Degree Knight of Columbus in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Mr. Boeding was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Luke & David Boeding.
