Dora Foster Robbins, a resident of Elgin for many years, died Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs. Clarence Moon of Liberal, Kansas, following an illness of two months.
She was born December 13, 1851, in Canton, New York. She made her home in Elgin for 24 years.
She is survived by six children, Fred and Authur of Elgin, Carrie of California, Mrs Beulah Watson of Chicago, Mrs Haxel Moon of Liberal, Kansas, and Guy Robbins of Tabor, South Dakota; four sisters, Mrs Dan Cameron or Sydney, Australia, Mrs. Jessie Wheeler of Seattle, Washington, Mrs. Frank Lamberton of Centerville, South Dakota and Mrs. Zak Collins of Elgin; one brother, George Foster of Seattle, Washington, and 29 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Her husband, Jacob Robbins, preceded her in death 22 years ago.
The deceased was a member of Bethel chapter, O. E. S. and the White Shrine.
Funeral services will be held Monday, afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Rev. Alfred J Barnard will officiate.
