Rev. D.A. Bloomster, pastor of the Mt. Sterling Methodist church, officiated in the funeral service held at two o'clock at the Huntsville Methodist church, last Thursday afternoon. Many friend joined relatives in paying tribute to Mr. Bacon by attending the service.

The floral offerings were profuse in number and lovely in selection and arrangement.
