Obituary for Eva Anderson - Unknown Date and Newspaper
Mrs. Albert F. Anderson (Eva Sandin), life long resident of Polk County, daughter of Sigfred and Ellen Sandin, passed away June 8, 1973 at the age of 67 years.
She was born in the Swede Home Vicinity and was baptized and confirmed in the Swede Home Church. She attended Polk County Schools and Luther College.
On February 10, 1931 she was united in marriage to Albert F. Anderson who preceded her in death in 1972. She was an active member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Osceola.
Surviving are two daughters, Phyllis Johnston of Columbus and Yvonne, Mrs. Gerald Stauber of York; One son-in-law, seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, one brother, Rudolf Sandin of Osceola; one sister Signe Van Doren of Omaha, nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her father, mother and two sisters. Pastor Grenville Christensen officiated at Memorial Services Monday, June 11, at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
The congregation sang accompanied by Mrs. Howard Boden at the organ. Escorts were Martin Anderson, Ed Anderson, David Jones, Walter Jones, Phillip Waller and Vernon Johnson. Interment was in the Osceola Cemetery.
