March 11, 1807 - "Ordered that Nathaniel Bailey and Ephraim Bailey orphans and the sons of Nathaniel Bailey deceased, Nathaniel being sixteen years last August and Ephraim eleven last August, be bound to Christopher Brooks until they arrive at the age of twenty one years to learn the trade of Tanner and that said Brooks give them courses on English schooling and a suit of clothing when they come free."
