Clebe was the son of Charles and Bertha Brown Bullock. He was married April 1, 1921 in Anna to Beulah L. Murphy. Clebe and Beulah had the following children: Milford Dean and Billie G. Bullock.
Clebe taught in rural Union County schools for 27 years.
In addition, Clebe was a retired farmer. He was one of the organizers of the Union County Soil and Water District in 1947 and served on its board from 1949 to 1954. Clebe was board chairman in 1961. He also was active in the Union County Farm Bureau.
Clebe died, at age 74, in his home after a brief illness.
Clebe is survived by his wife, Beulah, and sons, Dean of Lick Creek and Bill of Murphysboro, and two grandsons.
Funeral services were in the McCarty Funeral Home in Anna with the Rev. Richard. W. Teaford officiating. Burial was in the Ebenezer (Hall) Cemetery near Lick Creek.
