In addition to his parents, Louis is noted as being survived by three brothers Michael Burck and wife Melinda of San Juan, Ronald Burck and wife Nora of Chamita, Pierre Burck of San Juan. In addition, he is noted as being survived by three sisters Yvonne Burck of San Juan, Yvette Burck of Alamosa, Colorado, Wynona Burck of San Juan.
Louis' grandmother Marguerite Burck of San Juan is also listed as a survivor along with the following aunts and uncles: Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rossiter of Missouri, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ortiz of California. Mr. and Mrs. Tony Charmoli of California, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Ortiz of San Juan, Esther Martinez of San Juan, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Ortiz of Albuquerque, Mr. and Mrs. Joe I. Ortiz of Colorado, Mr. and Mrs. Bearheart of Nevada and many other relatives.
The rosary was recited in the Chapel of the Valley of the Espanola Funeral Home; they handled arrangements. Funeral services were conducted Friday at 11:00 from the St. John the Baptist Church in San Juan.
According to his obit Louis was interned at the San Juan Pueblo Cemetery.
