AMMONS, LUCILLE LAFFERTY (nee Rodearmel) 74, of Bradenton, FL died April 8, 2001. She was born in Clifton Heights, PA. and lived in Cape May many years before moving to Florida in the 1980's.
She had been a substitute teacher at Cape May City Elementary School and the Lower Township School System. She also had worked as a cashier at the Lobster House. She was a Charter Member of the Cape May Rescue Squad, a past President of the Cape May PTA, a former member of the Order of Eastern Star and the First United Methodist Church of Cape May where she taught Sunday School . She was also an avid artist.
