Billy Ray Baker, 82, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010. He was born July 29, 1928 in Clinton, Arkansas, a son of James and Bertha Webb Henry. He was a Korean War Veteran, retired carpenter, member of Conway V.F.W., and Springfield Church of Christ.
Survivors include his sons, James Allen Baker and Kenneth DeWayne Baker both of Springfield, and Raymond D. Baker of Conway; daughter, Joyce Gilmore of Plumerville; sisters, Erma Noland Barnett of Morrilton, and Robbie Brown of Tulara, California; fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren .
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Irene Jones Baker, two daughters, Linda Headrick and Brenda Baker, one son David Baker.

Burial at Quattlebaum Cemetery.
