Luther Ray Bolley, 58, of Green Acres, FL and formerly of Battle Creek passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the home of his sister in Boynton Beach, FL. He was born November 30, 1950 in Marshall, MI the son of John J. Bolley and Ilene (Coleman) Bolley.

Luther was a maintenance mechanic for the St. Mary's Medical Center of West Palm Beach, FL for 15 years until he went on medical disability in April 2008. He was formerly married to Gloria Ann Langenfeld, however the marriage ended in divorce.

He is survived by one daughter, Trisha R. Bolley of Green Acres, FL; one son, Nick R. Bolley of Green Acres, FL; three grandchildren, Deana Bolley, Hailey Davidson, and Kaiden Bolley all of Green Acres, FL; one brother, Ronald and Alma Runyon of Ennis, TX; three sisters, Deborah and James Burk of Battle Creek, MI, Theresa R. Cagle of Boynton Beach, FL, Bonnie Bolley of Lansing, MI; a stepbrother, Harry Mohney of San Diego, CA; his stepsister, Mary and Howard Morris and stepmother, Lucille E. Bolley both of Battle Creek, MI. Luther was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Leon Runyon, Dwight Runyon, David Runyon, Butch Bolley, Jack Bolley, and Lynn Bolley.

Luther graduated from Lakeview High School in 1970; he moved from Battle Creek to Florida over 20 years ago. He loved to be around people, family and friends and enjoyed cooking. He enjoyed fixing things and tinkering around the house.

Visitation will be held at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service on Monday after 12 noon where the family will be present from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Dan L. Martineau of Life in Christ Ministries officiating. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
