S. E. Duvall, 37 year old Van Buren man died at 7:30 p.m. Thursday night in a Fort Smith hospital of injuries received Wednesday when he fell under the wheels of a truck at Van Buren. Duvall was injured while working on a civil works road project on East Main Street in Van Buren. He had been riding on the truck which was taking a group of men to work and fell underneath the wheels when he alighted. Witnesses said one wheel of the truck passed over his head. He suffered a fracture of the skull, and had been in a serious condition since the accident. The body was at the Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren Thursday night. No a+rrangements for a funeral service had been announced. Duvall is survived by his wife, and two children, Kathleen and Seab E. Duvall, Jr; and his parents Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Duvall, 26 Lafayette Street in Van Buren. Duvall and his family resided at 127 Lafayette Street. Duvall formerly was a brakeman for the Frisco Railroad Company and had lived in Van Buren for about two years.
