Wife of Samuel Alley of Spruce Creek,
died Friday night at the home of her son,
Charles T Alley of Spruce Creek. She was
born in Juniata county on Oct. 20, 1868,
a daughter of Samuel and Jane (Waters) McGangley
and on June 15, 1888, at Bellwood, married
Mr. Alley, residing for forty-seven years
in Spruce Creek. Surviving are her husband,
one daughter and one son, Mrs. Chester Bonsell
of Tyrone and Charles of Spruce Creek,
one grandchild and two brothers.
