Kathryn Gonyea January 1, 2011 Kathryn Gonyea, 91, formerly of E. Heman St., East Syracuse, passed away Jan. 1, 2011, in Liberty, NY. Born in Canton, NY, she resided in East Syracuse over 50 years and was a communicant of St Matthew's Church. She was a designer for General Electric Co. for 35 years before retiring in 1982. She is survived by nephews Roy and Herbert Hosmer, both of Roscoe, NY, and friend Lillian Vandermark of Harris, NY. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, in Mathewson-Forani Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joseph Clemente officiating. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt. Friends may call 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday prior to the service, at the funeral home, 206 Kinne Street, East Syracuse, NY.
