Charles E Anspach, husband of Minnie Scipioni Anspach, 31 Berbec Ave., Lebanon, died of a heart attack Wednesday, Oct 12, 1983, in Lebanon's Good Samaritan Hospital, He was 61.
Born in Lebanon, he was a son of Irene Anspach, Annville, and the late Charles E Anspach.
He retired last week from the Lebanon VA Medical Center, where he was employed as an occupational therapist. He was a member of St Gregory the Great Catholic Church, the Lebanon Elks Lodge, Friendship Fire Co., Royal Men's Club and Angelo Beattie Society. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the European theater of operations.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by sons, Thomas, California; and Kevin, at home; brothers and sisters Allen, Cleona; Richard, Annville; Ralph, Hershey; and Earline Butch; Marion Williams, Edna Youtz, Joan Ill and Shirley Getz, all of Lebanon.

Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday evening, Oct 14, 1983, in St Gregory's Catholic Church for Charles E Anspach, husband of Minnie Anspach, 31 Berbec Ave., Lebanon.
The Rev Gerald Lytle, pastor of the church, was celebrant. Interment was this morning, Oct 15, 1983, in St Gertrude's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Stephen, Robert and William Scipioni, Dennis Ebling, Robert Ill and Larry Rine, all nephews of the deceased. Thompson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
