Mr. Finney was born September 30, 1875 in Chapinsville (now Chapin) a son of the late William S. and Martha Wiley Finney.
He was thrice married. His first wife was Miss Mabel Blair, whom he wed on June 2, 1897. She died Dec. 20, 1920. Two years later he married Mrs. Edna Wood Raefle, who died in 1928. On Nove. 16, 1929, he married Mrs. Edna Becker Barton.
He had a daughter, Mrs. Henry W. Randall and a grandson, William Henry Randall, both of Utica.
