Grave located next to Eva Marie Steadman Fleming. Magnolia Cemetery records show that she was from Vermont and 50 years old.
It is not known if Eva Marie and Diana Bachelor knew each other or not, however, there is a picture of the graves of these two women in a collection owned by the family of Eva's daughter, Lillian and on the back it is written "Eva Marie and Mrs. Bachelor". If she was not known by the family it is not likely that a picture of both graves would have been taken.

I posted recent pictures of her grave marker. I also posted pictures of Eva Fleming's grave marker. I was interested in what you wrote about them. I might have some information that would help you track down her identity.
First, her last name is actually Bachelder. The marker reads "Diana, wife of S. Bachelder". It also states she was born Sept 20, 1844.
As you can see, She and Eva Fleming have nearly identical markers, and they are side by side. I suspect they are related somehow.
Buried beside Diana Bachelder in the same lot is a Sybil B. Conner (1898-1979). She may be the key to this.
After some census digging, I found a Sybil Bachelder living in Mobile in 1900 born 1898. She was living with her parents Homer V. (b.1869 Iowa) and Maggie (b.1878 Mississippi) Bachelder. They had another daughter Edna (b.1896).
There is an Edna B. Dorgan (1896-1969) in Magnolia with a memorial. Her death record lists her parents as Homer V. Bachelder & Margaret Cushman.
Homer V. Bachelder is in the 1880 census living in Mason City, Iowa. His parents were Sias Bachelder (b.1842 Canada) & Diana Bachelder (b.1845 Vermont). This indicates Sybil Bachelder Conner is the granddaughter of Diana Bachelder, which explains why they are buried together.
It appears Diana's maiden name was Shonyo. She's listed under this name in the 1860 census in Vermont and there's a marriage record for her and Sias Bachelder in Barton, Vermont on Feb 15, 1866. There are lots of Shonyos up there.
