Brian S. Alexander, 52, of Chesterfield Township, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007, in Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. He was born April 27, 1954, in Waltham, Mass.
Mr. Alexander was employed as an air traffic controller at Selfridge Air National Guard Base. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1974-94. He was a member of VFW Post 7573 and Roman's Road Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and NASCAR. He married Myung Pak on Sept. 21, 1993, in South Korea.
He is survived by his wife, Myung; children, Hannah Kim of Chesterfield Township; David (Natalie) Alexander of Clinton Township and Donald Alexander of Chesterfield Township; grandchild, Kendra Murd of Rochester; parents, William and Barbara Alexander of Florida; and siblings, Wayne Alexander and Susan (Rich) Deyermond of New Hampshire.
He was predeceased by his sister, Karen Merril.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Gendernalik Funeral Home, 35259 23 Mile Road, New Baltimore, with the Rev. A.E. Hoskinson officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Clinton Township.
