Bonnie Fulp Bayman, 78, of Valdosta died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Fellowship Home. She was born on February 25, 1936 in Cecil, GA and raised there by the late Carl Grover Fulp, Sr. and Lula Mae Lasseter Fulp. She graduated from Hahira High School. Mrs. Bayman was a homemaker, a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Cecil, GA and Shepherd's Chapel in Gravette, AR. She met her soon to be husband, Jack Arthur Bayman, Sr. in the early 50's and moved to several towns after his military career including Jacksonville, FL and Americus, GA and moved back to this area in the mid 90's. He preceded her in death on January 31, 2012. Her life was one of serving others. She exuded the love of Jesus for others. Mrs. Bayman was a skilled gardener and loved spending time working with her flowers. She was especially devoted to her grandchildren. Mrs. Bayman is survived by three sons and daughters in law, Jack Jr. and Valerie Bayman of Hahira, Rohn and Theresa Bayman of Valdosta, Maurice and Melissa Bayman of Charleston, SC, ten grandchildren, Jettie Barfield of Hahira, Jason Bayman (Beth) of Columbus, Jenna Griffis (Emory) of Valdosta, Amanda Shelton (Eric) of Valdosta, Kathryn Cargile (Travis) of Tampa, Daniel Bayman of Athens, Heather Sermons (Tyler) of Valdosta, Kelsey Nabors of Savannah, Heath Bayman of Valdosta and Andrew Nabors of Athens, sixteen great grandchildren, one sister, Betty Lou Atkinson of Adel, four brothers and sisters in law, John and Barbara Fulp of Cecil, Grover and Patsy Fulp of Adel, Glen and Valeria Fulp of Melbourne, FL and Raymond and Nancy Fulp of Tifton. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at eleven a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church near Cecil with Pastor Ike Jefferson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
