A native of Spartanburg, she was the widow of Roy O. Bledsoe and a daughter of the late John Robert and Lula Mae (Peeler) Fisher.
Retired from Spartan Mills, she was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Spartanburg.
Survivors include a son, Fred R. Henderson of Cayce; a sister, Evie Fisher Thompson of Spartanburg; three granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, 1998 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Rev. Everett Foster, and the family receive friends afterwards.
