Funeral services for Miss Nola Trent who died in the Community Hospital Thursday August 2, 1973 were held Sunday August 5, 1973 at Martin Home Chapel in Elk City with Rev. Billy Parvin officiating. Burial was at Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
Miss Trent was born August 21, 1895 in Sneedville, Tennesee. She was 77. She was a member of the Hammon Baptist Church. She came to Roger Mills County with her parents in 1906 ,Laura Barzine and Willie Trent and lived in the Hammon area until moving to the Hodges Nursing Home several years ago. She is survived by a brother Dana H. Trent of Altus, Oklahoma.
