Joe died at the young age of 58. He leaves behind his wife, Shirley Stevenson Branna. Thomas his son who lives in Hackensack. His two girls Jean Branna McNamara of Ridge, N.Y., and Pamela Gannon of Washingtonville, N.Y.and two grandchildren; mother Catherine Branna and sister Kathleen Enge, both of River Edge.
Mass was said Friday at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, with burial in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
Viewing took place at the Van Emburgh-Sneider Funeral Home, Ramsey.
Instead of flowers the family asked for donations to Mahwah Ambulance Corps Company 1 or to the American Diabetes Association.
