REESE BODLE DIES AT HOME IN FORT WAYNE
Reese D. Bodle, 86, of 1116 Breck Street, Fort Wayne, died Friday morning at his residence. He was a native of Missouri, but resided in Fort Wayne most of his life.
Mr. Bodle retired from General Electric Co. in 1948 after 22 years of service. He was a former member of the Pentecostal church.
Surviving are five sons, Edwin Fox of Saginaw, Mich., Robert Fox of Berne, Clarence Fox of New Haven, and Earl and Roy Bodle of Fort Wayne; six daughters, Mrs. Agnew Drewrey of New Haven, Mrs. Edith Thackett of Thomasville, Mo., Mrs. Amanda Musser, Mrs. Edna Jenson, Mrs. Lula Coley and Mrs. Helen Aumiller, all of Fort Wayne; 31 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at C.M. Sloan & Son funeral home, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
