Mooreland, IN - Lowell E. "Rocky" Anthony, Jr., 53, of Mooreland, died Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Reid Hospital following an extended battle with cancer.
He was born in Winchester on January 11, 1960, the son of Lowell E., Sr. and Vivian (Taylor) Anthony. He was a 1979 graduate of Union High School and, for many years, was employed by Martin Tire, Inc.
He is survived by his sister, Tonya Pelfrey (Daryl).
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kim Anthony, in 1990.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 9, in Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Minister Mark Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, near Modoc. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
