Henry S. Dunn of 23 Lynnwood Hillcrest, died Sunday (February 3, 1980) at a Fort Smith nursing home.
He was retired from the promotion and research department of the Southwest Times Record. Before joining the Southwest Times Record, he was advertising manager of the Boston Store and Eads Brothers Furniture and principal of Fayetteville High School.
He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and a veteran of World War I. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Noon Lions Club, and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Gardner Dunn; two nieces and a nephew.
Funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Edwards Chapel. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Oakland Cemetery in Russellville.
Active pallbearers will be Thomas Satterfield, Joe Ross, Jim Dover, Clarke McLaine, Bill Wright and Van Moores.
Honorary pallbearers will be Karl King, Ross Pendergraft, John Price, James Thompson, Frank Pape and all employees of the Southwest Times Record.
